We are sending this note to say thank you for all you have done for us as we now live in a truly beautiful home on a picturesque lot here in Prior Lake.  With the December snow and the light winter breezes, we wake up every morning to a view that is incredible.  The house is beautiful, yes, but the lot is what makes this a unique setting.

Everyone at Wensmann Homes has been a joy to work with.  Specifically, Mark & Pam Rognrud and Vern Buckmeier.  They treated us not only as clients, but as friends!  We always felt we were respected and our opinions mattered, but most importantly, we had a lot of fun along the way too!  Everyone has such a positive and “can-do” attitude and a wonderful sense of humor.

We speak very highly of Wensmann Homes to all of our friends.  Thank you so much for all you have done for us.  We appreciate all of you and wish you and your families the very best in 2008!

Shirley and I have thoroughly enjoyed our new home and wish to share with you and others our experience as customers of Wensmann Homes.

We discovered the Enclave after more than a year of exploring new home options with many homebuilders, as well as newer resale homes throughout the south of the river suburbs.  We were familiar with Wensmann, but only by your good reputation.  The following summarizes our experience:

The neighborhood:  The pond, setting, and master plan are extraordinary, with beautiful views and amenities (current and planned) that can’t be matched.  The Enclave has privacy and exclusivity, but without snobbery.  The residents are a great mix of people who are all proud of the beautiful setting we live in and take seriously the future value of the neighborhood.  For us, single-family homes in the Enclave are the perfect blend of low-maintenance living and protective covenants that will support our lifestyle and help guarantee the future value of our home.

Our home:  Wensmann helped us create our perfect home, and we ended up spending far less than we would have with most of the “Custom Home” resale properties we previously looked at.  Wensmann’s reputation for quality is evident in our home, right down to the details.  Ours is “Custom Perfect” for us, and largely because of the ideas you provided, and Wensmann’s fabulous design and selection partners.

Building with Wensmann:  Our experience with the purchase and construction of our new home was unlike any of our previous experiences with new construction.  Wensmann focused its attention on our needs during the construction phase and after closing.  Our job supervisor, Tom, inspired great confidence that we would end up with a well-built home that was exactly what we ordered.  We couldn’t be happier with the result. 

Guaranteed Sale Program:  Unlike the three competitors’ programs we looked at for the guaranteed sale of our home, Wensmann’s guaranteed sale program with Jim Davis works exactly the way you said it would.  As you know, that made the final difference in our decision to build.

Every Wensmann employees has been extremely professional.  Our sales consultant, Renu, is fabulous and one of the reasons our building experience was a pleasant one.  Gary, our job supervisor was wonderful to work with as the “point person”.  Because of those two individuals, we are so please with the building process.

The subcontractors were all so pleasant and capable.  We found everyone to be so responsive to all of our questions and needs.

The main office is such a professional organization.  We respect the entire company.  We are so pleased with our new home!

It was only after I moved in and began my “nesting” that I became aware of what I have moved to; I not only had a beautiful new space to call my own, I had an exciting new life. I felt like Alice stepping through the looking glass into another world. It was magical, and continues to be so. I learned that Bards Crossing of Evermoor is as enchanting as its name. It is a place where you can maintain your privacy to the extent that you wish, but where you are not isolated. You become part of a unique community offering amenities beyond the physical beauty of the buildings and the grounds. It is a lifestyle-an often over-used term, but very apt in this case.

My world has expanded, its horizons seemingly endless. I am now part of a large family, surrounded by the most vital, interesting, helpful, friendly folks I have ever known to be gathered in one geographical spot. I remain “on my own” and independent but I am not alone. How nice to think not just of moving away, but rather moving toward something very special.
