The Information We Collect
Generally, Wensmann may gather and aggregate information about visitors to its web sites by tracking the usage of certain features available on the web sites. The collection of this information enables Wensmann to tailor its content to your needs, keep you informed of information that you may find of interest, and to help better understand the demographics of its audience, which assists it in providing appropriate products and services to its customers.
Information Systems Security Policy and Notification Procedures
In the event a breach of the security system occurs for which we reasonably believe that an unauthorized party has acquired your unencrypted personal information maintained on our computer systems, we will notify you of that intrusion by sending you an e-mail message at the electronic mail address that we have on file for you. Registration or Information Requests
Additionally, at certain sections of our web sites you may register or request to receive additional information or services. During these processes, you may be asked to provide the following personally-identifiable information: your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, information about the size and/or ages of members of your household or business, and/or employment, business and/or home preference information. Wensmann and/or its designee will use this information in responding to your request.

When you register, you may also be given the opportunity to be on Wensmann’s mailing list for future information. If you decide to be on our mailing list, Wensmann will maintain your personally identifiable information in secure on-line and off-line facilities. Your personally identifiable information will only be disclosed to certain employees of Wensmann or its designees with a business purpose to review your information, or to selected companies as described below, see Sharing. Except as set forth in this Policy, if you decide not to be on our mailing list, Wensmann will not maintain your personally identifiable information for longer than is reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain its computer systems, except that Wensmann may utilize your personal information in aggregated statistics.

Moreover, consistent with our Commitment to Privacy, unless you request that we not share your information, we may share your requests, including your personally-identifiable information, with third-party homebuilders or other parties so that such third parties can contact you, including by sending you e-mail and other information to you. Wensmann, however, is not responsible for the collection or maintenance practices of such third parties.

Electronic Mail Messages and Inquiries to Wensmann Homes
We will use return email addresses to answer, or have our designee’s answer, electronic mail messages that we may receive. Consistent with our Commitment to Privacy, unless you specifically request that we not include your address and/or other information for our mailing list, we reserve the right to keep and disclose your address and other information as if you registered to be on our mailing list. Contest or Other Drawings
On some pages of our sites, you may be given the opportunity to register to enter contests or sweepstakes. In connection with your entry, you may be requested or required to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself, including your name, address, age, gender, telephone number, email address, and/or various interests. By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that, in addition to providing your information to relevant taxing authorities as may be required; we will maintain your information for our mailing list. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, Wensmann Homes does not intend to or knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Correcting Your Information

Cookies and Log Files
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Wensmann may use cookies on its sites to provide better navigation on our site for you, which will terminate once you close your browser. Additionally, you may still use our site even if you reject the cookie. Cookies, however, may be used by some of the web sites to which we link. Governing Law
The internal laws of the State of Minnesota, without reference to any choice of law provisions, shall govern any claims relating to the materials on our web sites.
