The Vision Of Bob Jeffers

Jeffers Waterfront pays tribute to Bob Jeffers in more than name alone. The late Mr. Jeffers envisioned his beautiful farmland as a legacy to be treasured well beyond his own lifetime—a place inviting people to rediscover nature’s undisturbed splendor. Developer Wensmann Homes was chosen to work together with Paul Oberg, Executor of the Bob Jeffers Estate, and the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Prior Lake to bring that vision to life. The plan calls for preservation of more than half of the Jeffers’ acreage, over 160 acres, for the pleasure of neighborhood residents. Footpaths and winding trails meander through the rolling landscape, opening to eye-catching vistas and greenways. To everyone involved, the preservation of the natural features was essential. Large stands of trees, flowering marshlands & glimmering open water frame this land.
